Rogers seems to be experiencing a chief outage in components of Canada this morning, affecting cellular and internet connectivity. Downdetector has hundreds of stories of problems with Rogers, and troubles appear to have began at around 5AM ET. Another third-party service tracker is reporting Rogers outages throughout Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal.

While Rogers hasn’t recounted the issues yet, Toronto police tweeted that a few human beings in the city were experiencing connection problems calling 911 this morning. “The Rogers Network is experiencing some technical difficulties,” says the Toronto Police Operations Twitter account. “We are running to remedy those troubles.”
