A New York antheral filed a class-action lawsuit against Apple on Dec. 24, alleging that the Apple Watch’s humor oximeter has a “racial bias” against individuals with darker tegument tones. 

The Blood Oxygen app is disposable connected Apple Watch Series 6 and newer and tin “measure the oxygen level of your humor on-demand straight from your wrist, providing you with insights into your wide wellness,” Apple explains.

“Blood Oxygen app measurements are not intended for aesculapian use, including self-diagnosis oregon consultation with a doctor,” Apple writes.
